A lone tourist witnesses Phantom’s ( An organization called Inferno’s top assasin) latest act of murder. He unwittingly exposes the top assassin’s true identity, a young girl named Ein. Witnesses are normally killed, but he is brainwashed into Inferno’s new assassin, “Zwei”.
